The prices listed above are one-year period fees. One year is also the shortest possible subscription period. Shipping costs are not included. Subscription fee is charged for the one-year period in advance. Subscribers will be charged for the next one-year period at least one month before the end of the current subscription period.

Network Licence Management

If network licence management is selected the programme package is installed on the subscriber's file server and enables simple updating and centralized use for an unlimited number of client computers. For easier administration we recommend network licence management for installation of 5 licences and it is nearly indispensable when deploying more than 10 licences.

The additional annual fee for network licence management includes a single one-hour support incident per year (installation or maintenance) at one customer location in Slovenia, inclusive of travel time and costs.

Loyalty Reward

All customers are rewarded for loyalty. Customers who continuously subscribe for two or more years will be entitled to a 5% discount for the second and all subsequent years, subject to all bills being paid on time. A customer loses this status if an individual payment is more than 15 days late.

Subscribers are not entitled to any new subscriber offers if a subscription is cancelled and then renewed.

Longer-term Subscriptions

If we receive a signed and stamped irrevocable purchase order for a certain number of licences for a subscription period of not less than three years, you will be entitled to a 10% discount from the first year on and a fixed price guarantee for the first three year period. Long-term subscription discounts and loyalty rewards cannot be combined.

Students and Scholars

Students and scholars are entitled to a more than 50-percent discount. The discount applies to single-user single-licence subscriptions. An age limit of 27 years applies to students. To be entitled for a discount the subscriber must submit proof of schooling and age annually and this can be in the form of photocopies of grade reports or student ID. This proof has to be submitted on subscription renewal or one month before the end of the current subscription period.

We acknowledge the lowest price per licence according to the pricelist for large organized purchases (from 50 licences on) for schoolars and students at schools and faculties.

Subscription Cancellation

The subscription must be cancelled in writing by registered mail at least one month before the end of the current one-year period and at most 14 days after receipt of the bill for the next one-year subscription period. The end date of the current one-year subscription period can always be displayed in the About option of the software package, as well as customer information, licence serial number, number of licences and the software version currently being used.
